We’re back with a brand-new edition of Over the Bar, our chef-led series where the kitchen takes over the bar for a one-day, no-reservations experience.
For this round, Trippy Kitchen is teaming up with Barra Callao for a Peruvian crudos takeover built around fresh seafood, bright flavors, and dishes prepared right at the bar. This will be a tight, curated menu — crafted for those who love bold, clean, and vibrant Peruvian food.
Everything will be served from open until sold out, with limited quantities available. First come, first served.
